In early October, ELECOM CO., LTD. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Osaka; President: Junji Hada) will release a new series of basic optical mice, "SOAP," featuring a design based on a round bar of soap. The plain and beautiful appearance of the products in the SOAP series fits comfortably into your everyday life.
ELECOM launches a new type of mouse, the "SOAP: M-SP1UR/M-SP2UR" series with a distinctive design.
As its name indicates, the series is a basic 3-button optical mouse featuring a simple and beautiful design that resembles a soap bar.
Following design stage review of mouse structure and specifications, ELECOM has successfully minimized the number of parts and lowered the price for easy affordability. The series also has an eco-friendly uncoated finish. With their simple appearance and natural colors, looking just like a round bar of soap, these products integrate comfortably into your everyday life, creating a soft, gentle atmosphere around your desk.
Products in the SOAP series have not only design beauty, but also all necessary basic mouse functions.
With an 800 dpi resolution optical sensor, these products provide smooth and stable mousing. Featuring a scroll wheel with a secure operational feel, they also allow effortless scrolling when working on various web browsers and applications. Furthermore, they do not require the installation of dedicated drivers, so anyone can use them simply by connecting to a USB port on a PC. Thanks to its palm-fitting design, the series allows you to work for long hours with less hand fatigue, ensuring smooth operation.
Equipped with the optical image sensor, these mice attract less dirt and dust; they seldom need cleaning or other maintenance.
The series is available in two different cable lengths: 1.5 m, ideal for desktops and 0.8 m, recommended for notebooks.
