New series added to Vario scena carrying bags
For storing notebook PC plus lunch box
In early July, ELECOM CO., LTD. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Osaka; President: Junji Hada) will release a new series of Vario scena carrying bags that have proved popular as standard unisex business bags. The new series, designed to accommodate a notebook PC, plus a lunch box and plastic drink bottle, comprises 8 models in 2 types.
Recently, it has become a common trend for both men and women to bring their own lunch to work. The new series of Vario scena carrying bags has been developed especially for such business persons. Featuring large capacity with dedicated space for a lunch box, a "lunch box dock," the series is offered in two types: business and tote bags.
The new series incorporates a lunch box dock at the bag bottom, that allows horizontal insertion/removal of a lunch box from the side. Thanks to this feature, you can leave your lunch box to stand to cool, quickly inserting it from the bag side just before leaving home. This surely saves time when you are in a rush. At lunch time, you will appreciate the convenience of not needing to remove other items from the bag in order to take out your lunch box.
Placed at the bag bottom, the lunch box dock enables secure storage of your lunch box without fear of tilting inside the bag. Furthermore, the dock has an air vent for smooth ventilation to help prevent food smells from clinging to other items in the bag. In addition to the lunch box dock, the series incorporates a pouch designed for holding a plastic drink bottle upright in the bag. Both the lunch box dock and bottle pouch are made with a water-repellent material with a Grade 5 JIS water resistance rating. So you do not need to worry about accidental wetting of other items in your bag.
For the PC compartment, cushioning material is used to protect the notebook PC from external impact and enable safe portability. The series is equipped with a front pocket for personal items, such as a portable game console, portable audio player, or paperback books, as well as a magazine pocket convenient for storing newspapers or magazines to help you use your commuting time efficiently. The bag also incorporates a zipper pocket for small items, such as IC cards or commuter pass; a mobile pocket for a cell phone; and a key ring convenient for hooking keys, which are often difficult to find in a bag.
Also, the series incorporates various smart functions as a carrying bag. The main compartment and front pocket feature double zippers that enable smooth insertion/removal of items. Supplied with a detachable shoulder strap, the BM-CA37/CA37L series (business bag type) are two way bags that can be carried as shoulder bags in addition to carrying by hand. The BM-CA38/CA38L series (tote bag type) incorporate an adjustable handle, so you can use it either way, as a hand-carrying bag or shoulder bag.
