ELECOM to release stand-type display duster SMOPPY

In late June, ELECOM CO., LTD. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Osaka; President: Junji Hada) will release a new line of a compact, simple stand-type display duster, SMOPPY, ideal for everyday quick cleaning, that can be stylishly stored when not in use.
Because many types of conventional cleaners for audio-visual equipment or PCs may be a nuisance when left around such equipment, they tend to be stored out of sight. When you then want to use the cleaner, it is too much bother to get it out of storage or you simply forget where it is stored. Naturally, your cleaning becomes less frequent and dust accumulates more easily.
The SMOPPY series is a convenient display duster that provides an elegant solution to this problem. When not in use, it can be neatly stored in a special stand-type holder. Featuring a simple and stylish design, the duster and holder can enhance the interior of your room. It never bothers you even when left out around your audio-visual equipment or PC. As soon as you notice any dust, you can take it out of the holder for a quick clean. In this way, you can keep your TV or PC display fresh and clean all the time.
The products are available in two different series: KBR-009 series, perfect for PCs, and AVD-TVKBR series, designed for efficient cleaning of larger TV screens. Both series are shaped to allow easy cleaning of display surfaces, stands and even back sides, whether on a flat or irregular surface, or even in a very narrow space. Featuring a fluffy material that attracts and holds dust securely, the duster enables easy cleaning of delicate LCD screens. The head part that attracts dust incorporates a conductive fiber that inhibits the generation of static electricity to prevent dust from attaching to the cleaned surface.
Rotating 180 degrees, the handle can be bent for compact storage into the holder, thereby saving space when not in use. When stored, the soiled duster head is hidden in the holder, creating a simple and refined appearance. The KBR-009 series is offered in a wide range of six colors, and the AVD-TVKBR series is available in three colors: black, red and white.
