In the business world, it's a common after a meeting is finished to photograph and save the contents of the whiteboard, and distribute the images along with the minutes of the meeting to the people concerned.
For times like these, "WBConference" is a convenient app that can easily photograph, correct, compile and distribute these photos.
As the Android version continues to enjoy favorable reviews, the iPhone version is now available.
When the view of the whiteboard becomes distorted due to the angle at which it was photographed, the app is packed with such editing features as trapezoidal correction. From the preparation of a PDF that includes the minutes of the meeting to its delivery, all the work after the meeting can be done through this single app.
The app can automatically detect only the portion containing the whiteboard within the picture that has been taken, and apply trapezoidal correction for any distortion.
When the whiteboard cannot be detected, in addition to being able to look at a magnified view and easily select the frame for the portion to be imported, you can also adjust such factors as contrast and rotation.
In the editing screen, you can use speech balloons, arrows, text, pens and markers to do things like add supplementary comments or mark the points you want to emphasize, so you can make and save materials that will be easy for members who did not attend the meeting to understand.
You can bundle together and save the pictures and minutes in a single PDF file and send it out as an email attachment. If you have already established a list of addressees, the delivery process will be fast.
