ELECOM CO., LTD. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Osaka, Japan; President: Junji Hada) will be releasing two types of convenient, soft storage cases in four series that not only let you store your CDs and DVDs, but their jackets, booklets, and spines into a slim size.
This new line of soft storage cases make it convenient to organize your accumulated CDs and DVDs in a slim form factor. You can consolidate and store your collection of music CDs and video DVDs along with the items they came with, including jackets, booklets, and spine title labels. This type of soft case has virtually no thickness, but like a hard case, you can store the things that came with your disc, such as the jacket, and stow away in your CD/DVD rack.
The cover uses a highly transparent clear material, not only making information such as the title easy to read, but making the jacket look good and allowing you to store cleanly. Since you can read both the front and back of the jacket without removing it, you can check the disc's information quite easily.
The "CCD-DPC Series" is designed for a single music CD, and is useful for storing typical single CDs and albums. The "CCD-DP2C Series" doubles the capacity, making it useful for those "best of" collections, 2-disc albums, or single CDs or albums that come with an extra special disc.
The "CCD-DPD Series" and "CCD-DP2D Series" are designed for storing the majority of commercial DVDs that use tall cases. The "CCD-DPD Series" can hold a single disc, while the "CCD-DP2D Series" doubles the capacity, letting you store the majority of DVD titles.
The single storage series of cases come in two types, with one including 10 cases, and the other including 30. The double storage series comes in one type that includes 10 cases.
Color choices include black and white.
