Release of 3 lines of LED lights:
Multi-purpose models with USB extension ports and clip-types
for ELECOM’s lighting range “ELESHINING” |
ELECOM CO., LTD. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Osaka, Japan; President: Junji Hada) has released three lines of LED lights as part of its LED lighting equipment line ELESHINING, including two types of light: a multi-purpose model with a USB extension port and a clip-type that can be fitted in a wide range of places.
There is increasing demand for LED lamps with their energy-saving capabilities and long product life as there is increasing interest in long-term and consistent energy efficiency and saving methods. Three new lines of LED lights have been released as part of ELESHINING, the lighting equipment line created with ELECOM LED lamps: a multi-purpose model with a USB extension port and a clip-type that can be fitted in a wide range of places.
The two LED desk-light lines, “LiLiu“, do not require an AC power supply and are USB compatible LED lamps that turn on by connecting them to the USB port on your computer. The model that includes an AC adapter can also be used in household wall sockets using the supplied AC adapter.
Both lines have USB port compatibility and include a USB extension port. You can charge your smartphone (*1) or send data to USB memory devices that are connected to the USB extension port by connecting the lamp to your computer using the supplied USB cable. Our USB lamp offers high levels of illumination with direct illumination of 600 lux. Our lamps are plane emitters, casting fewer shadows, and are designed to be gentle on your eyes, reducing tiredness. Our lamps also include a flexible arm, meaning you can freely adjust the angle of the lamp.
The LED clip-light, “CHUU“, is a useful LED light that can be used anywhere in the house and includes an AC adapter to provide USB port power straight from your household power sockets. “CHUU“ can also be used by direct connection to the USB port in your computer, without using the AC adapter.
The best feature of “CHUU“ is that it is a clip-type lamp that can fit anywhere at only 10-35mm thick. “CHUU“ can be attached anywhere: the edge of your desk, your bed frame or a bookshelf. The clip is non-slipping and it can be attached to horizontal surfaces. What’s more, the arm is flexible and can be bent in any direction, meaning you can use make the lamp into any style you like.
Our USB lamp offers high levels of illumination with direct illumination of around 750 lux. “CHUU“ has a 3D cut lens that can fill a wide area with light, prevents large numbers of shadows forming and is designed to be gentle on your eyes, reducing tiredness.
All three lines have a super-long product life of 40-50,000 hours of design life.(*2) Our lamps do not flicker and area designed to be used for extended periods of time without causing tiredness. Our lights include next to no infrared meaning the are lit by them is comfortable and feels cool compared to fluorescent lamps. Our lights reach 100% brightness quickly with a touch of a switch.
Our lamps come in four different colors: the standard black and white, and a brighter green and red.
