Q. Advertisements are displayed.
Advertisements are displayed in a free version of Schedule St. at Monthly/Weekly display. Purchasing and installing a paid-for application such as Refills can hide the advertisement display. |
Q. Landscape-oriented display cannot be obtained in a landscape-oriented screen.
There are some screens that specify longitude displays as the Calendar

Exit the Schedule St. once, and restart it. The advertisement will

Q. If I fail to download the application, am I going to be charged?
If you cancel downloading halfway, check for the secured network connection and retry downloading again. You are not going to be charged for a repeated downloading. |
Q. If I uninstall the application, is the data deleted?
When you use the Google calendar, the information of the Google calendar is saved in the Google application. Other data will be deleted when you perform uninstallation. |
Q. Some groups are not displayed in the "Group List" in registering a new schedule. Why?
In registering a new schedule, the "Group List" does not display
the groups which can only be viewed. |
Q. It takes long to take a picture of photo memos.
Because the photo memos use the terminal function, sometimes it takes long to take a picture depending on the condition/performance of the terminal. |
Q. The registered schedule is not displayed on the Google calendar on the Web.
Some terminals incorporate a calendar group which is not browseable
on the Web. If you register your schedule to such calendar groups, you
cannot browse them via the Google calendar on the Web. |
Q. A purchased refill cannot be open.
Refills are not the applications to start up independently. Select the refills purchased by the "Calendar View Setting" of the Schedule St. |
Q. Can I return the paid-for application?
You can return the application only once for each, within 15 minutes
