This section describes the settings screen.
To display the Settings screen, click the Settings button or select Settings from the Tools menu.
[Device settings] tab
Use the [Device settings] tab to configure the video and audio devices.
- Video devices
- Select the webcam you want to use from the list.
Select "ELECOM WebCam+" to display and take pictures of the adjusted image using the virtual camera of the WebCam+.
Click the [Settings...] button, the Video device settings dialog box will appear. - Audio devices
- Select the device from the list to import the audio. When using a camera with a built-in microphone, for example, you can select whether to use the built-in microphone or the microphone connected to the computer.
Click the [Settings...] button, the Audio device settings dialog box will appear.
Video device settings
- Video output
- Select the video output size from the list.
The size you can select depends on the webcam you are using. - Video format
- Select the video quality from the list.
You can select "Image Quality Priority" or "Speed Priority".
The choices you can make will depend on the webcam you are using. - Click the [Advanced settings] button
- Click to display the properties of your web camera.
The contents displayed and the items that can be set vary depending on the web camera you are using.(example)
- The video output size and video quality may affect the camera's image, such as not being smooth, depending on your computer's environment.
If this happens, try adjusting the video output size to a smaller size, or set the video quality to "Speed Priority".
