Please use the charging cable included with this product and observe our specified charging conditions.
Usage of other charging cables or failure to observe our charging conditions may cause the battery to overheat, leak, or rupture.

If a foreign object (water, metal chips) enters this product, stop using it immediately and turn OFF the power.
Continuing to use the product as it is may cause a fire or electric shock.
If this product behaves abnormally, such as by generating heat or smoke, or giving off strange smells, cease usage immediately and shut down the connected device. Cleaning the Product
If the body of this product becomes dirty, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.
Using a volatile liquid such as paint thinner, benzene or alcohol may affect the material quality and/or discolor this product.
Please note the following for disinfection.
Gently soak a cleaning cloth, such as a microfiber cloth, in the disinfectant solution. Make sure there are no loose droplets and gently wipe the product using the cloth.
After wiping, dry thoroughly and wipe off any residual liquid.

This product is a wireless device that can use the entire 2.4 GHz band, and is able to avoid the mobile entity identification device range. The GFSK method is adopted as the radio wave method, and the interference distance is 10 m. The 2.4 GHz band is also used in medical devices, Bluetooth, and wireless LAN devices of the IEEE 802.11b/11g/11n standards.
* Other “radio stations” refer to industrial, scientific and medical devices using the 2.4 GHz band, the same as this product, other radio stations of this type, licensed radio station premises for a mobile object identification system that is used in factory production lines, certain non-licensed low power radio stations, and amateur radio stations.

The following are included in this package. Verify the package to ensure all items are accounted for prior to using this product. At the time of shipment, it is stored in the mouse. Please remove before use.

To left click on your PC.

③ Smart high-speed scrolling / horizontal scrolling
Rotate forward and backward or click like a button to operate your PC.
Automatically switches between one-line scrolling and smart high-speed scrolling depending on the rotation speed.
You can scroll horizontally by tilting the wheel to the left or right.
You will need to install the “ELECOM Mouse Assistant Windows version” from our website to use the left and right scroll function on Windows. Please refer to “Install ELECOM Mouse Assistant”.

Perform the “Back” function on the Web browser.
⑤ “Forward” button
Perform the “Forward” function on the Web browser.
You will need to install the “ELECOM Mouse Assistant Mac version” from our website to use the “Back” and “Forward” button on Mac. Refer to “Install ELECOM Mouse Assistant”.

⑨ LED light
The color of the LED light changes depending on the device to which it is connected.
Bluetooth connection: Blue
Wireless connection: White
Set to Bluetooth connection at the time of purchase: Blue.
⑩ Pointer speed change switch
Each time the button is pressed, the DPI (pointer movement speed) switches between two levels, 1000 or 2000 DPI.
At the time of purchase, the pointer is set to 2000 DPI.
⑪ USB Type-C charging port
Connect the included USB charger cable to charge the mouse.
⑫ Optical sensor
The LED light will light up blue when the power is on.
This sensor will detect mouse movements when you move the mouse.
* Please note that looking directly into the sensor light may hurt your eyes.

Switch connected device
This product can be used to switch between a Bluetooth device and a wirelessly connected device.
Switch between connected devices in the following way.
1) Press the CONNECT button to switch between connected devices.
When the connected device is or
, the LED light is blue. When the connected device is
, the LED light is white.

are Bluetooth connections while
is wireless connection.
When paired with only one of either or
Bluetooth device, the existing connection will be lost when you switch to the unpaired channel.
Switching back to the channel paired with a connected device will restore the connection.
To pair, please refer to “How to use” → “Connecting and setting up the mouse” → (OS specific) → “3. Pair with PC”.
Using Bluetooth connection
1. Charge the battery
1) Connect the rechargeable USB Type-C connector of the included charging cable to the USB Type-C port of this product.
2) Connect the USB-A connector on the included charging cable to the USB-A port on your PC or a portable USB charger.

3) Turn on the power of the PC, if it has not been already switched on.
The LED light will flash slowly when charging begins. It turns off when charging is complete.
It will take approximately 5 hours until full charge.
If the LED light does not stop blinking even after the prescribed charging time, remove the charging USB cable and stop charging for the moment. Otherwise, this can cause overheating, rupturing or fires.
2. Turn the power ON
1) Slide the power switch on the underside of the product to the ON position.
The LED light will light up for a period of time.
* When the battery level is running low, the LED light will blink for a period of time.
Power-saving mode
When the mouse is left untouched for a fixed period of time while the power is ON, it automatically shifts to power-saving mode.
The mouse returns from power-saving mode when it is moved.
* Mouse operation may be unstable for 2-3 seconds after returning from the power-saving mode.
3. Pairing with a PC
1) Right click on “Start” on the bottom of the screen and click on “Settings”.
The “Settings” page will appear.
2) Click on “Bluetooth & devices”.
The “Devices” page will appear.
If “Bluetooth” is off, turn it on.
3) Click on “Add device”.
4) Using the CONNECT button, select the device ( or
) you want to connect to.
The LED light and the status light will light up blue for 3 seconds.
5) Click “Bluetooth”.
6) When the add device screen is displayed, hold down the CONNECT button on the underside for 3 seconds and then release.
Pairing mode will be activated and the status light will blink blue.
7) Click on “ELECOM OpticalMouse”.
Pairing begins.
8) When the message changes to “Your device is ready to go!”, click “Done”.
9) Pairing is complete when this product is added to “Bluetooth & devices” and the status is “Connected”.
You can now use the mouse.
By downloading and installing the “ELECOM Mouse Assistant” from our company website, functions such as button assignment function and presentation mode can be used. Please proceed to “Install ELECOM Mouse Assistant”.
Using wireless connection

2) Using the CONNECT button, select the device () you want to connect to.
The LED light and the status light will light up white for 3 seconds.
Please refer to “Switch connected device” to switch between connected devices.
3) Insert the receiver unit into the PC's USB-A port.
You may use any USB-A port.
When removing the receiver unit
This product supports hot plugging. The receiver unit can be removed while the PC is on.
4) The driver will be automatically installed, and you will then be able to use the mouse.
You can now use the mouse.
By downloading and installing the “ELECOM Mouse Assistant” from our company website, functions such as button assignment function and presentation mode can be used. Please proceed to “Install ELECOM Mouse Assistant”.
Change the mouse pointer speed
Adjust the mouse pointer movement speed on your PC if the mouse pointer moves too fast or too slow.
■ For Windows 11
1) Right click on “Start” on the bottom of the screen and click on “Settings”.
The “Settings” page will appear.
2) Click on “Bluetooth & devices” and then “Mouse”.
3) Adjust the “Mouse pointer speed” slider bar to adjust the mouse pointer movement speed.
■ For Windows 10
1) Open “Mouse” properties.
From the start menu, click the Settings icon, select “Devices” → “Mouse”, then click “Additional mouse options” under “Related Settings”.
2) Select the “Pointer Options” tab.
3) Adjust the “Select a pointer speed” slider bar to adjust the mouse pointer movement speed.
Change the number of lines scrolled in one wheel turn
■ For Windows 11
1) Right click on “Start” on the bottom of the screen and click on “Settings”.
The “Settings” page will appear.
2) Click on “Bluetooth & devices” and then “Mouse”.
3) Adjust the “Lines to scroll at a time” slider bar to adjust the number of lines per scroll.
■ For Windows 10
1) Open “Mouse” properties.
From the start menu, click the Settings icon, select “Devices” → “Mouse”, then click “Additional mouse options” under “Related Settings”.
2) Select the “Wheel” tab.
3) Change the value of “The following number of lines at a time” under “Roll the wheel one notch to scroll”
Using Bluetooth connection

The System Settings window will appear.
2) Click on “Bluetooth” to turn on “Bluetooth”.
The “Bluetooth” system settings page will appear.
3) Using the CONNECT button, select the device ( or
) you want to connect to.
The LED light and the status light will light up blue for 3 seconds.
4) During the device search, hold down the CONNECT button on the underside for 3 seconds and then release.
Pairing mode will be activated and the status light will blink blue.
5) When “ELECOM OpticalMouse” is detected under “Nearby Devices”, click “Connect”.
Pairing begins.
6) Pairing is complete when the status of “ELECOM OpticalMouse” changes to “Connected”.
You can now use the mouse.

Change the mouse pointer speed
Adjust the mouse pointer movement speed on your PC if the mouse pointer moves too fast or too slow.
1) Click “Mouse” under “System Settings”.
The “Mouse” settings page will load up.
2) Adjust the “Tracking speed” slider to adjust the speed of the mouse pointer.
Unchecking “Natural scrolling” will cause the scroll direction to be reversed.

3. Pairing with an iPad or an iPhone
1) Tap on “Settings” from the home page.
2) Tap on “Bluetooth” to turn on the “Bluetooth”.
3) Using the CONNECT button, select the device ( or
) you want to connect to.
The LED light and the status light will light up blue for 3 seconds.
4) During the device search, hold down the CONNECT button on the underside for 3 seconds and then release.
Pairing mode will be activated and the status light will blink blue.
5) Tap on “ELECOM OpticalMouse” when it is detected under “DEVICES”.
Pairing begins.
6) When the “Bluetooth Pairing Request” page loads, tap on “Pair”.
7) You can use the mouse when the status shows “Connected”
You can now use the mouse.
Register custom actions to the buttons.
Only the 2 buttons and the wheel can be used under the initial settings.
Follow the steps below to assign all other button functions.
1. Turn ON AssistiveTouch.
1) Tap on “Accessibility” under “Settings”.
2) Tap on “Touch”.
3) Tap on “AssistiveTouch”.
4) Tap on “AssistiveTouch” to turn ON.
2. Assign custom actions to the buttons.
1) Tap on “Devices” under “POINTER DEVICES”.
2) Tap on “ELECOM OpticalMouse”.
3) Tap on “Customize Additional Buttons...”.
4) When the “Customize Button” page loads, click on the button on the mouse to be added.
* When adding “Button 3”.
5) A list of all assignable functions will load. Tap on the desired function to assign.
* When assigning “Screenshot” to “Button 3”.
6) A function is assigned to the button. To assign other buttons, repeat the steps above.
When AssistiveTouch is OFF, the Custom Action function is disabled and only the initial right click, left click and wheel scroll functions may be used.

6) Tap on “ELECOM OpticalMouse” when it is detected under “Available devices”.
7) Tap on “Pair”.
Pairing begins.
8) Pairing is complete when this product is added to “Other devices”.
You can now use the mouse.

If “Bluetooth” is off, turn it on.
3) Using the CONNECT button, select the device ( or

The LED light and the status light will light up blue for 3 seconds.
4) Click on “Pair new device”.
5) During the device search, hold down the CONNECT button on the underside for 3 seconds and then release.
Pairing mode will be activated and the status light will blink blue.
6) Click on “ELECOM OpticalMouse”.
Pairing begins.
7) “ELECOM OpticalMouse connected” will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Click “Bluetooth” like in step 2. Pairing is complete when “ELECOM OpticalMouse” appears under “Currently connected”.
You can now use the mouse.

To use the function assignment function and presentation mode with this product, the ELECOM Mouse Assistant must be installed.
“ELECOM Mouse Assistant” is a software that allows you to use the mouse more effectively.

Please note that in the event that damage or abnormal operation to the product is caused by the cleaning process, the customer will be fully responsible for the cost of repair.
We recommend that you disinfect your hands before and after using PCs and peripheral devices that are used by multiple people in order to prevent the spread of infection through the equipment.
Gently soak a cleaning cloth, such as a microfiber cloth, in the disinfectant solution. Make sure there are no loose droplets and gently wipe the product using the cloth.
After wiping, dry thoroughly and wipe off any residual liquid.

Try the following if the mouse operates abnormally.
① Check that the mouse is turned ON.
② Check whether the charge on the rechargeable battery has become low.
* Turning off the power when the mouse is not used for a long period of time can extend the battery life.
③ Check the Bluetooth connection.
④ Change the usage distance between your PC and the mouse.
This wireless device uses the 2.4 GHz band. Please use the mouse within range of the PC.

⑤ Reboot the PC.
⑥ Update your PC’s OS to the latest version.
⑦ Update the Bluetooth driver. (When using Windows® PC)
1) Right click “Start” and open “Device Manager”.
2) Click “Bluetooth”.
3) Check the manufacturer of the Bluetooth function installed on your PC.
The following steps illustrate the procedure when the Bluetooth function is manufactured by Intel® Corporation.
For other manufacturers or if you do not know the manufacturer, check the user manual of your PC or contact the manufacturer of your PC for instructions on how to update the Bluetooth driver.
4) Search for “Intel® Driver & Support Assistant” on your browser and download the installer from Intel’s website.
5) Follow the instructions of the downloaded installer to install “Intel® Driver & Support Assistant”.
6) Click “Start” and then “All apps”.
7) Click “Intel Driver & Support Assistant”.
8) The Intel support page will automatically open on your browser and a list of drivers and software updates that can be used on your PC will be displayed.
9) Download “Intel® Wireless Bluetooth” from the list if available.
* The display on your browser may change depending on your PC environment and support page updates.
10) Follow the instructions of the downloaded installer to install the Bluetooth driver.
With this, the Bluetooth driver is updated.
⑧ Please change the connection of the receiver unit.
Depending on the specifications of the PC's USB port or USB hub, other USB 3.0 devices used simultaneously with the mouse may generate noise that can worsen the 2.4 GHz signal in the vicinity.
Examples of USB devices that may degrade the 2.4 GHz band signal
You may be able to improve the situation with the following method.
・Connect the mouse receiver unit to another USB port away from other USB 3.0 devices that are simultaneously in use.
・Connect the mouse receiver unit to a USB 2.0 USB hub or extension cable.
⑨ Check the energy saver settings on the connected device. (When using Windows® PC)
On Windows, in order to reduce power consumption depending on the PC, the power of the USB-connected product is set to turn off automatically.
You can change the settings in the following ways:
For Windows 11
1) Click the “Start” button at the bottom of the screen.
2) Click “All apps”.
3) Click “Windows Tools”.
The “Windows Tools” screen will appear.
4) Double-click “Control Panel”.
5) Click “System and Security”.
6) Click “Power Options”.
7) Click “Change plan settings” to the right of the item selected in “Power Plan”.
8) On the “Edit Plan Settings” screen, click “Change advanced power settings”.
9) On the “Power Options” screen, click the “+” mark in “USB settings” from the list, and then click the “+” mark in “USB selective suspend setting”.
10) In the drop box next to “Setting”, select “Disabled”.
If you are using a laptop, there are two items instead of “Settings”: “On battery” and “Plugged in”. In that case, please set the “Plugged in” setting to “Disabled”.
11) Click “OK” to confirm the settings.
12) Click the “×” (close) in the upper right corner to close “Edit Plan Settings”.
